SNAKES ON MY HEAD-Etching 头上的蛇——蚀刻

Snakes on My Head is a picture book created by copperplate engraving, inspired by my childhood experience. Due to the anxiety of separation and
the lack of understanding of my family, I fell into the painful situation of depilation. Depilation is an obsessive-compulsive anxiety disorder in which
patients unconsciously pull out their hair in the face of stress. Through the release of a questionnaire, combined with the results of the survey and
my personal experience, I used the knowledge of copperplate prints I learned in university and skillfully used line etching techniques to create 28
copperplate prints. I hope that through this picture book, readers will have a better understanding of this mental illness, which can have an impact on
appearance. At present, there is no specific drug treatment for this disease, and it can only be alleviated by reducing the pressure on the surrounding
environment. I hope that readers will be more tolerant of patients after they understand this disease, which is the original intention of my creation.

《头上的蛇》是一本以铜版画形式创作的绘本，灵感源于我的童年经历。由于分离的焦虑以及
家人的不理解，我陷入了痛苦的脱发状态。脱发是一种强迫性焦虑症，患者
会在压力下无意识地拔掉自己的头发。通过问卷调查，结合调查结果和我自身的经历，我运用大学所学的铜版画知识，巧妙地运用线条蚀刻技法，创作了28幅铜版画。
我希望通过这本绘本，读者能够更好地了解这种会影响外貌的心理疾病。
目前，这种疾病尚无特效药物，只能通过减轻周围环境的压力来缓解症状。
我希望读者在了解这种疾病后，能够对患者更加宽容，这也是我创作的初衷。
